When programming in C++/CLI and using references to other C# .DLLs you can get warnings about certain libraries that can’t be imported from the release folder under the imported .dll because the folder is already being imported. The solution is to open up the .DLL project. Go to the properties editor for any non GAC references uses by that .dll and set the Copy To Local setting to false.
